		<description>Well, part of the argument he makes is that education is singled out: no conservatarians are claiming the taxpayer should subsidize alternate transportation methods, for example. It&#039;s just schools. if I was cynical, I would be thinking that some people have issues with educating voters or something. 

if you don&#039;t think a certain baseline of education is necessary and good for all children -- and for democracy -- we&#039;re miles apart.
